I'm bad with color. I'm great at doing vibrant, in your face high-brilliant colors. But I'm weak at anything contemporary and mature. So when I find design books with palettes I enjoy, I'll pick them up. This book in general has the extra benefit of proportional colors using pie wedges. Probably a common method for real designs, but it's new to me. Plus, the pastels in here are wonderful.
